We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our Professional Services division.

Working with tenured and experienced Account Managers you will share the responsibility of updating and maintaining the applicant tracking database as well as be an integral member of the team working on full-cycle recruitment activities.

As a member of our consulting team, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing top talent, interviewing, skills matching and presenting candidates for open opportunities as well as offer presentation and post-placement follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and fulfill job requirements while consulting with account managers
• Ensure applicant resumes are acknowledged and accurately reviewed
• Identify, screen and conduct full candidate interviews
• Candidate sourcing via networking, direct recruiting, various job boards and online-advertising techniques etc.
• Conduct full reference checks
• Match candidates to open opportunities, maintain candidate relationship and follow-up.
• Ensure applicant resumes are acknowledged and accurately reviewed

Qualifications:

• University or college degree is a must
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
• Previous recruitment experience would be an asset
